This is the last release by sicilian indie-rock deadband Suzanne'Silver. It's untitled but someone called it 'L'abominevole' or 'SS.RIP' or 'Pink Album'
Suzanne'Silver formed in 1996 in Siracusa (Sicily) by Carlo Barbagallo, Dario Serra, Francesco Accardi, Mauro Felice. The band released three studio albums ( The Crying Mary, DeadBand, Like Lazarus), two live albums (La Madonna Soprattutto, Miracoli) and toured extensively Europe and USA from 2007 to 2016.
These songs was written with difficulty by the band during 2018 and 2019. The recordings sessions took place at the band home based studio Born To Grill in the middle of nowhere of inland sicilian countryside with a final out-of-town session at Rubedo Recordings in Torino on March 2019. During these years the band experienced several breakups, writing and recording of the new songs resulted fragmented; the quartet played all together in the same room only for a couple of minutes for the outro of one of the songs. Finally the quartet disbanded at the dawn of 2020 and the album was mixed by Noja Recordings in early March. Stereodischi will release a cassette of the album in August
