One Glass Eye
Francesco Galavotti nasce, respira per anni e accumula danni, visibili e invisibili. Suona la chitarra, canta, urla, scrive. Pigia i pedali, solo quando li ha. Suona in un gruppo, ora, Cabrera, prima in degli altri, ma non importano più. Suona da solo, ora, come prima, e si fa chiamare One Glass Eye ma di occhi ne ha due e funzionano ancora.
One Glass Eye, alias of Francesco Galavotti, hails from Modena, Italy.
We just recorded his first full length album and it’s called Elasmotherium, a collection of 9 songs that lasts 20 minutes so that you can listen to it twice on a train trip.
I wouldn’t define it typical folk singer-songwriter music, but something closer to math and emo than anything else, so if it makes sense to you: math-folk.
One Glass Eye spent hours and days listening to and loving: Owen, American Football, Delta Sleep, Into it.Over It and other such amazing bands.
