Biografia the breakfast

Born in Italy in 2013 as Full Metal Breakfast, the breakfast are Flavio De Fiori (vocals/guitar), Alberto Mastrogiovanni (bass), and Alessio "Quentin" D'Amore (producer/synth/beatmaker). With a sound that blends indie-rock riffs with electronic beats and dance atmospheres, they debuted with the EP Three Guys, Two Snakes and a Crazy Dog (2015), followed by the album Taxi To The Galaxy (2017), described by critics as "a journey through galactic sounds."

After a creative break, they returned in 2025 with Daylight, an album that tells the evolution of stories, emotions, and music across the span of time that runs from the golden hour of the afternoon to the blue hour of the evening.

The rebranding into "the breakfast" marks a new chapter of artistic maturity, where their sound blends past energy with deeper emotional layers and refined storytelling.
