BIO I White Pulp nascono da un’idea di Sonny. Dopo aver suonato nei Posthuman (Marilyn Manson tribute band) per 3 anni (piu’ di 200 concerti), decide di dare vita a un nuovo progetto arricchendo i brani con forti sonorità electro/new wave.La band considera la struttura di un brano come un flusso di idee ed emozioni da violentare e allo stesso tempo cullare su un tappeto di note. Un brano va composto nel minor tempo possibile per non perdere il vero senso di cio’ che si prova in un preciso istante. Solitamente le loro canzoni nascono da qualche riff di chitarra, la voce e i testi di Sonny mostrano al meglio il messaggio della band; una calma apparente che viene sovrastata nei ritornelli da una carica esplosiva come se non ci fosse mai pace. I testi non vengono scritti seguendo una logica narrativa, ma semplicemente seguendo un flusso inconscio senza permettere che alcuna forma di razionalità abbia la meglio. Nessie Zorba ha suonato nella band come bassista dal 2004 al 2007. Hanno suonato il : 22 novembre 2006 al "CAT CLUB" (Hollywood,Ca), 19 dicembre 2006 al "BB king" (Universal city walk,Ca), 30 gennaio 2007 al Knitting Factory (Hollywood,Ca), 11 febbraio 2007 al "the GIG" (Hollywood,Ca) and 23 febbraio 2007 al "The Joint" (Beverly Hills,Ca). ENGLISH White Pulp is an idea of Sonny. After three years playing in Posthuman (a Marilyn Manson tribute band) with more then 200 gigs, he decided to start with a new project with a strong electro/new wave sound. White Pulp creates their songs by shaping emotions. The band creates a range of emotions from a fluid stream to a angry storm yet cradled with a blanket of notes. The band feels a song needs to be created in a short period of time to avoid losing the actual feeling. That it the feelings must be released and captured at the same time. White pulp’s songs arise from an initial round of guitar; with sonny’s voice and lyrics representing the true message of the band. They have an apparent quietness that escalates to an over-the-top explosive power, embodying a lack of peace. The lyrics have been written deliberately without following a narrative logic. They are only written following the minds unconscious yet profound creations. There show has been called “impressive” and “put together beautifully”. Nessie Zorba was the bassist of the band from 2004 to 2007. In February 2006 9th , White Pulp's members performed as Posthuman at the Whiskey A Go Go-Hollywood (Ca) ; Most recently, they played as WhitePulp : Nov 22th , 2006 at "CAT CLUB" (Hollywood,Ca), Dec 19th , 2006 at "BB king" (Universal city walk,Ca), Jen 30th , 2007 at Knitting Factory (Hollywood,Ca), Feb 11th , 2007 at "the GIG" (Hollywood,Ca) and Feb 23th , 2007 at "The Joint" (Beverly Hils,Ca).
