Toxic Easter Bunny è uno scherzo psych-garage che racconta le imprese di un coniglio pasquale, di nome Marlon, che si diverte ad intrufolarsi nelle case per distribuire dolciumi e uova di cioccolato ai bambini ignari. Dato che Marlon è uno psicopatico, i dolci che porta sono imbottiti di allucinogeni e droghe leggere, quindi, dopo aver distribuito i dolcetti in tutta la città, il coniglio si gode lo spettacolo animato da orde di ragazzini allucinati che scorrazzano nelle piazze e nei giardinetti.
