Subito dopo si unisce a loro Jacopo Proietti, voce, dopo varie prove nel mese di dicembre prenderà parte della band il batterista Gianmarco Botteri.
Si capisce subito che non è la solita storia, c'è molta intesa tra i quattro componenti e i pezzi escono fuori pieni di energia e spessore, tanto che dopo soli tre mesi iniziano con l'attività live.
Una band che non si arrende alle logiche del guadagno e della moda, puramente rock, puramente vivi!
EDWARD JOHNSON & The Great Escape they are a group of pure rock & roll in the spirit, with influences Blues and Stoner.
Born in November of 2012 from the meeting between Michele "Guns" and Antonio Vendetta, respectively guitar and bass starting to put up some ideas.
Soon after he joins them Jacopo Proietti, voice, where various rehearsal in December will enter part in the band's drummer Gianmarco Botteri.
It soon becomes clear not that it is the same story, there is much agreement among the four components and the songs come out full of energy and thickness, so that after only three months the band begin with the live activity.
A band that does not yield to the logic of gain and fashion, purely rock, purely alive!
