‘August’ nasce qualche anno fa e parla di una cotta che Leon ha avuto per un amico eterosessuale, dopo aver passato insieme una calda e intima giornata estiva, in campagna. Cotta che non viene ricambiata e che lascia Leon come un fantasma in disperata e vana ricerca di attirare attenzione.
Scritta interamente in una sola seduta da Seti, la canzone, caratterizzata da un loop di basso continuo e una voce e cori sognanti, viene interamente prodotta da Saverio Zacchei, che con la sua palette sonora “tinge” i suoni e le parole di un giallo vibrante e caldo tipico della tarda estate.
