Un racconto breve ambientato a Jurmala (Lettonia), sul viaggio di due amanti verso l'abisso delle foreste: "Tu ed io sappiamo che non andrà molto meglio di così, quindi prendiamoci il tempo per baciarci, guardare gli spettacoli che ci siamo persi. Da qui in poi è tutto solo una lunga deriva nel fetore dell'umidità che si insinua sotto la nebbia autunnale."
