The Public Radar si formano nel febbraio 2012. Dietro il moniker si celano alcuni fra i migliori rappresentanti della scena rock, electro e pop di Roma: Massimiliano Alto (noto doppiatore), Francesco Conte (chitarrista dei Klimt 1918) e Andrew Mecoli (Growing Concern, Volume)
“A New Sunrise” è il loro primo album: synth-pop di derivazione anni '80 e sperimentazione electro-shoegaze: un'identità sonora ben definita che traspare limpidamente da questo album pubblicato da RBL Music Italia e composto da nove brani originali.
“A New Sunrise” segue il successo del loro omonimo EP d’esordio, uscito nel novembre 2013, che ha rapidamente scalato la classifica Alternative di iTunes, raggiungendo la posizione numero tre.

The Public Radar formed in February 2012. Behind the moniker lie some of the best representatives of rock, electro and pop scene in Rome: Massimiliano Alto (known as voice actor), Francesco Conte (guitar of Klimt 1918) and Andrew Mecoli (Growing Concern, Volume).
" A New Sunrise " is their first album : synth – pop derivation of the '80s and electro-shoegaze experimentation: a well defined sound identity that clearly shines from this album published by RBL Music Italia and consisting of nine original songs.
