Vetus è lo pseudonimo di Guglielmo Paradisi (1982), sperimentatore e compositore elettronico da quasi vent'anni. Ha toccato molti generi musicali, approdando oggi ad una radice drone ambientale che sfocia in techno e avanguardia. Prodotto in passato dall'etichetta Black Records (Roma) attiva anche nel circuito di sonorizzazione Rai Trade. Ha realizzato precedentemente, oltre a vari singoli sotto differenti pseudonimi, un LP “Esigenze di mercato” (2015), un EP “Eppur questo non basta” (2016) ispirato al film Stalker di Andrej Tarkovskij e la registrazione del concerto spettacolo “Prometeo” (2016) (regia di Massimiliano D'Aloiso) dove ha curato musica e sound design.
Ha composto colonne sonore per produzioni teatrali italiane e internazionali. Attivo anche come attore teatrale, mondo che ha contribuito a segnare profondamente un nuovo approccio sonoro sempre più legato anche alla rappresentazione visiva, collaborando con videomaker e motion designer nelle performance live.
