Where Did The Blue Sky Go

“Where Did Blue Sky Go” is their first collaboration which includes five debut tracks and incorporates a gentle crossover of different genres. The year-long project is a textbook bedroom producer EP, mixed and mastered in different East London studios. The tracks follow a theme of an idea of troubled affairs, drunken exploits and unrequited intimacy - classic “fuck-ups and mess-ups”. Musically, it evokes catchy pop phrases, taking a dive into - dance beats - a jazzy special - an indie rock chorus - laid back hip hop beats and groovy bass lines.

"Where Did The Blue Sky Go" è la prima collaborazione del duo, caratterizzato da un continuo crossover di generi differenti. Comprende cinque tracce ed il processo di produzione è interamente casalingo, mentre il lavoro di mixing e mastering è stato effettuato in diversi studi nell'East London. Il tema delle tracce si basa su un'idea di relazioni e intimità complicate, vicende compromettenti e amori infranti. Musicalmente contiene un'orecchiabile vena pop mischiata a beats dance, refrains jazz, un po' di indie rock e una solida base hip-hop.
