DESCRIZIONE
Dream Master racconta del padrone dei sogni, il burattinaio che ci controlla dall’alto e decide la nostra sorte; l’idea originale del testo è di Andy Dlanor e risale al 2013. Il titolo originale è Have you ever had a nightmare, poi abbreviato e reso più “cattivo” anni dopo. Inizialmente il pezzo era hard rock, ma è poi stato ripreso anni dopo da Alex, ed è così che è diventato il brano doom dell’album: aggressivo nell’intro, nelle strofe e nel ritornello, malinconico nell’assolo.

. Interpretazione di Dream Master, letta in chiave sociale: “non vivete nei vostri sogni, svegliatevi, siate padroni della vostra vita e delle vostre scelte, non lasciate che qualcuno vi controlli o che decida al vostro posto. Sbrigatevi, o sarà troppo tardi.” – Alex Grid –
Per il videoclip di Dream Master, Elisa Domanico (l’illustratrice e fotografa ufficiale della band) ha lavorato sul character design del fauno/dream master, delle streghe e della bambola del videoclip; Marco Tarello, che è l’interprete del fauno, ha cucito a mano tutti gli abiti/costumi di scena e si è occupato delle varie acconciature. Tutti gli attori presenti nel video sono amici degli AG che hanno creduto nel loro progetto.
